Community Tech Support Drop-In

Our Community Tech Support drop-in service provides free tech assistance for local residents.
Typical things we help with include we help with include
installing apps
creating or accessing email accounts
recovering accounts
re-setting passwords
transferring files
filling in forms
help with accessibility settings
running updates &
checking for viruses.
We solve problems, keep you safe and extend skills!
Feel free to pop in and have a chat or contact us beforehand to book a timeslot.

We also help remotely and, in some cases, make a home visit so contact us for further information.
Mobile Phone Boot Camp

Are you still getting to grips with a smart phone?
Have you inherited or been given one during lockdown and want to know some more features?
Do you know how to do some things but not others?
Want a fun and informal space to practice over a cup or tea and have someone on hand to ask questions?
Come and join our small and informal group and get answers to things like WhatsApp,saving contacts, sharing files, accessing email, using the internet and downloading apps.
