The programme is free to all residents in the borough of Croydon.

 Our programme offers up to four months of 1-2-1 support with:

• Confidence and self-esteem building

• CV writing

• Interview skills

• Money management

• Sector specific labour market information

• Transferable skills

We also offer Employer led activities including:

• Conferences

• Job Fairs

• Job tasters

• Volunteering opportunities

• Work experience

Participants can choose a variety of communication methods such as telephone, email or virtual such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams as a form of contact.
