Classes are energising and relaxing. They start slowly with a gentle warm up and then you will be guided through a flowing sequence incorporating strengthening and energising postures, finishing and with a long relaxation. Leaving you rejuvenated, but relaxed.
A great way to improve strength and flexibility and balance, to release tension and calm the mind.
These yoga classes are open to all levels. There will be plenty of options and modifications allowing you to take the class at a pace that suits you best.
Please bring a mat and any props /blocks you might need.
